I have 20+ years experience in higher education talking to and working with undergraduate and graduate students. Students I have worked with have gone on to prestigious law schools, medical schools, and graduate programs, others have pursued careers in the private sector, and some have even gone on to serve in government. Advising has been one of my great joys because I have benefitted and grown from it as much as my students. I am particularly interested in helping women and first-generation college/college-bound students find quality support for their educational and career aspirations.

A woman must have money and a room of her own if she is to write.
— Virginia Woolf

I am invested in helping entrepreneurs launch projects that are feminist in scope and are oriented towards social justice. I work on helping you identify your leadership purpose without sacrificing your social and emotional well-being. You do not have to wait to be a boss to exercise control over your own life.

The unique “MBA” curriculum which I created for The Soft Skilled CEO, LLC is centered on the principle of harnessing the power of “Mind and Body to meet business Aptitude.” This curriculum and women-only mastermind workshop grew from my training as a feminist scholar but also based on what I saw lacking in my own MBA studies, namely a lack of emphasis on gender, diversity, and self-care strategies as integral to executive leadership and business curriculum.

If these are the kinds of things that challenge you, motivate you, excite you, or keep you up at night, please reach out and connect with me. Let’s talk.

Women belong in all places where decisions are being made... It shouldn’t be that women are the exception.
— Ruth Bader Ginsburg
